Yeah, he isn't named in the actual manga, but it looks just like Touya. Given Touya's part-time job addiction, it probably even is Touya.

It looks like Touya, unquestionably. Whether it actually is Touya...but I wouldn't be surprised if it is, in the way of a Clamp joke.

holy crap, you're right. the head of the drug store (blanking on his name) is clearly visible in the background in the panel where touya is talking, and Ryuou is clearly visible in another panel. damn. are all the clamp worlds connected?
