I'm sure my vision is skewed, but thank you for saying so. I never lived in the Cities themselves, but merely visited them, and continue to do so. I see a lot more PoC on the transit system than in the places I usually frequent. I would never have guessed that the percentage was that high based on my own subjective experience, for example.
