Going by the hairstyle, I'd say it's not Kohaku since the girl drawn when they're talking about the angel Ioryogi loved had long hair. If I didn't know any better, I'd say it was Kobato herself. The hairstyle is similar, with the shorter hair at the front and the longer hair at the back. Plus she sings.
