Hmm, maybe I will have to rethink my points. Though sort of not; the comparison does speak to what you can do as a vidder/editor with the desire for lots of effects and animated versus live footage.

Though, that A:TLA vid is an interesting comparison too, since I definitely think it's way more of a vid, aesthetically, than an AMV.
