All right, 'fess up, please

Because, dear reading list, I know I got this from one of you, or a comment to one of your posts--who was it who recommended Mori Kaoru's Otoyomegatari, and what about it did you specifically mention besides the British anthropologist?

(I like it so far, but I'm trying to remember what else I was expecting for review purposes.)

I could watch all day any scene of Someone Does A Task, be it shoot game, carve wood, embroider, make a grocery list -- if it's Mori depicting it.
