All right, 'fess up, please

Because, dear reading list, I know I got this from one of you, or a comment to one of your posts--who was it who recommended Mori Kaoru's Otoyomegatari, and what about it did you specifically mention besides the British anthropologist?

(I like it so far, but I'm trying to remember what else I was expecting for review purposes.)

I've mentioned it to several people, but I can't remember whether you were one.

My talking points are usually the art, the details of daily life, Amira being awesome, Karluk being cute when flustered by his marriage, and the anthropologist who may or may not be part of the Great Game.

Not me, then, as I don't think I've talked about it since surgery. Could be wrong -- I won't claim my memory's sense of time is 100% right now.

Rushthatspeaks would be my next guess, but she only mentioned it in passing three weeks ago. Hmm.
