Dear Festividder,
First off, thank you for making me a vid! I love vids, and quite honestly I would be happy to see a vid in any of these fandoms. I have no qualms about oft-vidded songs, either.
Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown
I watched the later seasons of this show last year after Bourdain's suicide and I found myself really unexpectedly moved--both by Bourdain's love of food and his ability to connect with people, but also by the glimpses of darkness that peek through time to time and which, rightly or wrongly, seem to foreshadow the end. It's a show about food and that aspect is great, but the food is the vehicle for the real meat of the story, the human connection. Anything for this would be really great.
Untitled Goose Game
Be goose, do crimes. I love the goose and I will love anything you do for this delightful video game. (Including anything about the backstory where the goose drove Margaret Thatcher out of England.)
Hustlers (2019)
I loved this movie and everything about it. Anything would be great.
Gideon the Ninth - Tamsyn Muir
I loved this book and anything would be great (are you sensing a theme?). With, you know, skeletons.
The Mummy series
A great set of movies with one of the great heterosexual relationships in media. Rick and Evelyn forever! But I love the other characters too, and I'm greatly devoted to the idea that all of the dudes fought in WWI.
Fast Color (2019)
I loved this movie and everything about it, particularly Gugu Mbatha-Raw's performance. Anything would be great.
