I'm going to be trying to put together a set of events for the week between Potlatch and FOGcon for people who come to both; I'll keep you informed as those develop in case you're interested in any of them :)

Although, Japan would be cool for a summer, too!
I think I'm probably going there again this summer with my b/f, to visit my friend whose JET contract will end at the end of July. So we might go in June. Maybe we could see you in Japan!

And yes, totally, if we both go to Japan, we should hang out! I am going to be in Kyoto, if I go.

Our plans are inform thus far, but it might not work! Kyoto is one of the places we went last time, and I'd really like to see Tokyo (in addition to Muroran/Hokkaido, which we're going to by default). But! I will stay in touch about plans regardless, in case the things align.
