The proceeds from Con or Bust helps fans of color/non-white fans attend SFF conventions in the United States (not just Wiscon, this year). There are a lot of awesome things on offer, including a lot of books, in particular, that have few or no bids; go forth and take a look, and bid or donate, if you can!
