Signal boosting: Helping refugees escape detention

A good friend of mine has been working in Texas as part of a law clinic, representing asylum-seeking women and children who are detained under a blanket policy of detention for all refugee families coming from Central America. They are trying to raise enough money to post their clients' bail so that these women can pursue asylum claims and join their families in the U.S. Time is short, so any money you can give now would go a long way to making a huge difference in these people's lives.
