It's a magical world

Whoops, hit the "post" button too soon. What I was trying to say in the post was that, though I know there's a lot of chromatic people who live in the Cities (though, as I said in my first comment, had no idea of the exact numbers), based on my subjective experiences while visiting there I can see how someone can easily develop a skewed mental vision, particularly if one does not take the transit system to get around, and only goes to certain areas/neighborhoods.
