I may be wrong, but Watanuki's taking his glasses could be linking him to Clow, meaning that he'll choose to find a way for Yuuko to come back to life. The problem here would be that Watanuki's decision to do so would be entirely conscious, and thus he'd be far more reprehensible.
Setting all my apprehensions aside, the scene with Yuuko's kimono was very touching.
