Are you sure that it isn't princess sakura that says the line about seeing what the other sakura saw? It seems like that would make more sense.

And what did they mean by saying "the same goes for me"? *very confused*

Nooo, I don't think it's Princess Sakura that has that line--though I do think it should read "Even when I was within stopped time", and I'm going to edit it right after this, so thanks for asking. :-)

I think they're saying that their own existences are important to them, too (as opposed to being prepared to throw them away like Watanuki subconsciously tried to do in the past).

It's so confusing for me to tell who is saying what!! XDXD I just don't understand when clone/mother!Sakura would have seen the things Princess Sakura saw. What was there to see? She wasn't doing anything was she? Or am I misunderstanding something?

Well, they put themselves in the tube before the whole action of the manga started, which is what I bet she's referring to here. I think.

I was confused until I realized that the two pairs were having separate conversations on either side of the tube. (Telling them apart has gotten even worse now that Junior and his father have even the same scratches on their faces.) It seems like a copout to me to have R|Sakura know everything about what transpired, but...well, there's nothing we can do about it.

Yeah, it's hard. My general principle is that in this chapter the younger ones look confused.

I don't know how much the princess knows. But she does seem to be pretty quick on the uptake for someone who's just been essentially reincarnated.

I'm quite sure it is princess Sakura that says those lines. She was after all, grabbing the other sakura's arm since the past chapter and she still is.

You're right that I did flub FWR's line. It will shortly read

Yup. I may change Shaoran Sr.'s preceding line to exactly quote his line from 226.


Okay, I just looked at 227 again (minor confession: I generally don't reread preceding chapters before translating the new chapter), and you're right, it is Princess Sakura who has those lines. I shall change them.

Do not worry, nothing makes sense in tsubasa anyway and they change perspective. At the end of 227 princess sakura is the one on the left. Then in 228 she is the one on the right O_o

I too had to reread 227 to figure out who was who. It is a very confusing and cryptic text you are tranlating and we all thank you for it. Keep up the good work.
