This is highly persuasive. I'm not usually an epic-fantasy fan, but I will check these out. I love that you offer considerations on where to begin (the question that usual keeps me off series like these) and plugged the independent bookstore. (As a refugee from the publishing business, I find most people have no idea how thoroughly Amazon dominates and is destroying the industry.)
