Okay, basically the USPS is by far the cheapest option. The international priority mail rates are on this page (http://www.usps.com/prices/first-class-mail-international-prices.htm), for reference.

I can fit the movie guide and the making of the trilogy into one flat-rate envelope, and I can fit the manga into another one (which would be like $27 US total), but the visual companion is too big to fit a flat-rate envelope; that would have to go in a flat-rate box, which is $45. So if you want the manga and the two thinner LotR books, say like...how's $40 US? And if you wanted all three books and the manga, that'd be like...$60 US? Let me know what you would like to do!
