I made these yesterday! They are soooooo delicious. I love the matcha and the filling worked perfectly. I almost thing the frosting is overkill, though--it overpowers the taste of the tea. I think next time I would try a buttercream or cream cheese frosting for this, I don't know.
Though I ended up making wayyyy too much an because I was too lazy to make conversions and I figured with two ingredients I could just sweeten to taste... that backfired. Any suggestions on what to do with extra an? Just eat it?
