I think I still have mine set to flourescent light; I should see about dialing it down further.

I noticed the improvement in eyestrain (or more precisely, the lessening thereof) immediately; and I do think it's helped me feel tired earlier--it's a subtle change, but perceptible. But other people seem to have had much more dramatic effects.
