I also like to think that between eps 5 and 6, Rory had a little talk with the Doctor about informed consent and maybe asking people's permission before you dissolve their fake-body so that they wake up in unpleasant conditions.
Yeah…as much as I'd like to think so, I sort of doubt it. ;)
