Well, I agree about the Current and the delicious abomination that is cream cheese wontons. Some of your Minnesota experience is more Norwegian than mine ever was, because I grew up in the north (and nowhere in the world that isn't actually Norway is more Norwegian than your college): my culinary Minnesota is wild rice, venison, fried perch, and in later years, a zillion hole-in-the-wall pho restaurants.
