It's late and I'm not going to put in any more effort trying to make one coherent sentence out of the second panel on p. 19. It's disjointed in the original anyway.

Anyway, super-cute bro-love on display towards the end here. Mokona is the only girl left in the group at this point. And confirmation of what we already suspected: that they are going to restart time, or try to do so. Anyone ever read The Worm Ouroboros? It's kind of like that.
