I keep forgetting to link to the first edition of Potluck, "a carnival for multicultural and intersectional discussions of food, including but not limited to food discussions intersecting with disability, gender, sexuality, fat, animal rights, and cultural and racial issues," put together by glass_icarus and by yiduiqie. The first edition centers on holidays, and is a great read.
