starladyEcological Law Quarterly 5K: 31:37, on the hilliest course of my life. My last 5K, last July, was 34:20, which shows a real improvement, particularly in light of the epic hills (it was on the Berkeley campus). I met up with via_ostiense and C before the race, and afterward we had coffee, hot dogs, and ice cream while moseying around. I enjoyed that the race started at 12(:20), but now it is 3 pm and I have done nothing. Oh well, it was totally worth it. And what I should really do is start running that same course every so often.
