sounds like it'll end like wish (but i doubt clamp would do the same thing twice).

Is this "that moment," or is that still yet to come? I wonder how Doumeki and the egg will tie into this.

The dialogue in both xxxHOLiC and TRC is often stilted and unnatural (something which Ms. Ohkawa was apparently attempting to do), but Watanuki's words here are heartbreaking.
