What should I do…

Mokona: Did you do it yet, Watanuki?

FX: Tapping feet

Watanuki: No,
Not yet.

Mokona: Should Mokona think about it?

Watanuki: About my signature?

Mokona: Yeah!
I'll think about it awesomely!

FX: Clapping

Mokona: The impact is important for sure!
It has to look super-alloyed!
And the deformity!
You can't leave that out!

FX: Flash

FX: Ta-da

Watanuki: Why does an alternative signature
Have to be super-alloyed and deformed?

Mokona: That's cool, isn't it?
A signature like a special effects hero!

FX: Sudden

FX: Pressing and turning

Mokona: It'll be unique!
They'll understand immediately that it's Watanuki's!
That's a signature's real ability!!

Watanuki: Well, a signature certainly is proof of the person, but

what does "scryed" mean? Anyways I wish there was some Doumeki interaction with the Tsubasa gang.

It's a kind of divination or magic in which you look into a mirror or reflective surface like water (or blood, if you want to be creepy) to see things, either in the present or in the future.

The most surprising line is definitely this for me:

Watanuki: Yes.
I've become the owner.

And,
I'm sorry for taking the eyeglasses you left.
They were in the storeroom, but--

Shaoran: Don't worry about it.

What message is Clamp trying to pass here...?

Judging from chapter 204 of Holic, I *think* here Watanuki is saying he's worry for taking off the eyeglasses left to him by Syaoran, and that they are now in the storeroom.

"Watanuki is saying he's [sorry] for taking off the eyeglasses left to him by Syaoran, and that they are now in the storeroom."

I think you have it backwards. "Are now" would imply the present tense. Look at what he's saying:

Watanuki:
I'm sorry for taking the eyeglasses you left.
They were in the storeroom, but--

"Were", as in the past tense.
If he finished it is a reasonable possibility to guess "They were in the storeroom, but [my glasses broke.]" or ["my glasses broke and I found them."]
There is not a way you can finish that sentence to imply your suggestion.

This phrasing (the using of past tense) implies that the glasses he's referring to are the glasses he's wearing now. And that those glasses were actually left there (in the storeroom) by Syaoran.

Now which Syaoran? I have no idea. I was digging through the past Tsubasa and looking at the prices being paid. One that was paid but we never see is the one C!Syaoran paid for Yuko treating R!Syaoran/Tsubasa/his son's injuries.
Take a look here: http://www.onemanga.com/Tsubasa_Reservoir_Chronicles/197/08/
So we know a payment was made but know not of what the payment was. (Odd because CLAMP normally tell us sooner or later.) Where does Yuko store the payments? In the storeroom. So it's indeed possible that the payment could have been the glasses themselves.

Watanuki said the glasses seem like they are protecting him (http://www.onemanga.com/xxxHolic/204/19/) and the seals on the box... Clow's and Yuko's like it was protecting or as Watanuki say, "sealing away" the glasses. (http://www.onemanga.com/xxxHolic/204/18/) (Maybe sealing them until the right time?)

We know that C!Syaoran is also Watanuki's father and that C!Syaoran is inside R!Syaoran right now, so maybe Watanuki was addressing that part of Syaoran?

Glasses being one way to protect their child seems like something C!Sakura and C!Syaoran would do. They did many other ceremonies to protect Watanuki, even his name is made to protect him. So I can see them leaving the glasses for him somehow and then Yuko & Clow making the box to seal the magic for the time being.
Although, it had to be a time when Clow and Yuko were together so it could be they foresaw that they would need such a box much like they foresaw the need for the two Mokonas...

Just some food for thought but I definitely, and respectfully, think you have the interpretation backwards based on the wording.

Yeah, I'm rereading the page now, finally...and I think you're right. The line now reads

And,
I'm sorry for breaking the eyeglasses you left.
They're in the storeroom, but--

For some reason I was misreading 割る as 渡す, which didn't help. :-) Thanks for the input! And please don't stop, it's very helpful.

Ah, okay. I remember reading that post, but not the name of the person the Willow called out.

The basic point was that CLAMP can't deal with mature women having power--they usually wind up dead (like Yuuko) or cut off from the action (like Princess Sakura at the end of TRC). Which once I read it seemed obvious enough that I should have spotted it myself, but I don't want to forget it now that I have been alerted.
